• Order can be canceled by e-mailing us directly.
• To cancel your order using e-mail, contact us at bauhau5store2020@gmail.com with your Order ID.

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be made back to the same method you chose for payment or your preferred method.
• All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• If the order cancellation is requested after the product is shipped, the refund will be initiated, after the package reaches back to us.
• If the products you received are damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives:
  1. Exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice to equal value.
  2. We can also provide a refund to your bank account or Bauhau5 Store wallet, once we have received the products and the quality check is done. A return shipping fee of Rs.300 will be deducted from the refund amount.

• To initiate returns/refunds, please email us your Order ID and return reason in short (for eg. Size too small) at bauhau5store2020@gmail.com.
• We keep our returns hassle free so you won’t have to do anything. We will initiate a reverse pickup on the same address as shipping address. We would request you to keep all the tags and original packing intact for the pickup.
• A return shipping fee of Rs.300 will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns (both prepaid and COD orders). Size exchanges are free of charge — no deductions.

• In case of replacement, we will ship the replacement in 1-3 days of us receiving the product back.
• In case of refund, we will initiate the refund in 1-3 days of us receiving the product back.

Please note: After the refund is initiated from our side the time period in which the amount reflects back in your account may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 3 to 12 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.

• First and most important make sure your order/product is eligible for return/replacement by going through the points above
• Email us at bauhau5store2020@gmail.com with your “(Order number)_returns” in the subject field within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Describe in as small detail as possible the reason for the return.
• Also, mention whether you want to return the item or exchange it.
• You are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
• Also, make sure to write your order number on the package somewhere.

For Cash on Delivery orders, a small ₹100 confirmation fee per item is collected online at the time of order placement via UPI, Card, or Net Banking. This fee is separate from the product price (which is paid in cash at delivery) and helps us reserve your selected size and arrange shipping logistics.

The COD Confirmation Fee is non-refundable in the following cases:

• You refuse to accept the delivery
• You cancel the order after it has been dispatched
• The package is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability at delivery
• Multiple delivery attempts fail due to non-availability

The COD Confirmation Fee will be refunded if:

• We cancel your order due to stock unavailability
• The order is not dispatched within our committed timeline
• You cancel the order before dispatch

By placing a Cash on Delivery order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Note: COD Confirmation Fee vs Return Shipping Fee

The ₹100 COD Confirmation Fee and the ₹300 Return Shipping Fee are separate fees and apply to different scenarios. The COD fee is only retained when delivery is refused or the order is cancelled post-dispatch. The Return Shipping Fee only applies when you receive the product and choose to return it.
